Two approaches, two campaigns

In a world that often normalises hype and loudness, Farhan Juratli, Associate Director – District Cooling, Dubai Holding; and Judicial Engineering Expert, UAE Ministry of Justice, endears himself through upholding a certain elegance and firmness of conviction in his communication. His words carry the weight of thought and the backing of scientific analysis. He is unsparing but in an understated way. Farhan has written an analytical piece comparing District Cooling with the VRF technology. He has subjected the two to a severe test based on parameters he feels ought not to be ignored or dismissed.
