TORONTO, Ontario, Canada, 13 August 2024: Winters Instruments has announced the acquisition of CPW Valve & Instrument. Making the announcement through a Press Release, Winters Instruments said the strategic move brings together two storied Canadian companies with a shared commitment to quality, innovation and customer service.

Winter Instruments said the acquisition allows it to continue to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the global instrumentation market. it will allow both the manufacturers to offer a broader range of instrumentation solutions, additional inventory and capabilities, Winter Instruments added.

Winters Instruments added that the two companies will continue to operate independently and that CPW’s Made-in-Canada products will continue to be promoted and sold under its own brand.
