Systemair acquires German manufacturer of air curtains

Skinnskatteberg, Sweden: Systemair has announced acquiring the German company, TTL Tür + Torluftschleier Lufttechnische Geräte, a high-end manufacturer of air curtains for commercial applications.
TTL, the company said, is located in Winterbach, west of Stuttgart, and turned over around EUR four million. Systemair added that it will take over 24 employees, the leased factory and office building of 4,000 square metres, apart from the assets of TTL.
“We see great opportunities with the company’s unique knowledge within air curtain solutions and market presence,” said Roland Kasper, President and CEO of Systemair. “This acquisition gives us a strengthened position in Germany and synergies in distribution, product development and manufacturing.”
