Spanish air conditioning, refrigeration industry symposium to take place in September

Madrid, Spain, 17 September 2018: The Spanish air conditioning and refrigeration industry’s symposium will take place within the Eurovent Summit 2018, which will be held in Seville, Spain, from 25 to 28 September, 2018, the organisers said, in a Press communiqué. The symposium is organised by the Spanish partners of Eurovent – AEFYT (association for refrigeration technology) and AFEC (association of manufacturers of refrigeration equipment), the communiqué said.

The meeting will be an exhaustive review of the issues that most concern the sector, including the new Spanish and European regulations related to the circular economy, security and digital transformation, the communiqué said.

The communiqué said the event will feature the presence of experts from different agencies related to the industry, such as the Spanish Ministry of Development, the certifying entity UNE, IDEA (Spanish Institute for the Diversification and Saving of Energy), OECC (Spanish Office of Climate Change) and the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, among others.
