Rheem reports record-breaking year for its Innovation Learning Centers

Company says its facilities in Dubai and Riyadh achieved 5,300 hours of training in 2025

DUBAI, UAE, 11 June 2026: HVACR manufacturer, Rheem said it delivered over 5,300 hours of training for 2,350 individuals at its Middle East Innovation Learning Centers (ILCs) in 2025, the largest number to date.

Located in Dubai and Riyadh, the ILCs attract attendees from consultancy firms across the Gulf region, offering a wide range of technical training programmes for a number of roles across the industry, including contractors, consultants, sales engineers, and operation and maintenance (O&M) teams, Rheem Middle East said. The centres are equipped to teach all levels, including engineering students and new graduates, with courses on foundational industry basics, Rheem Middle East added.

Designed to deliver both an immersive, hands-on learning experience and a focused learning environment, the ILCs feature round tables to promote open discussions, advanced multimedia training rooms and product showrooms, where attendees can test out units for themselves, Rheem Middle East said. The centres also feature building applications rooms, which simulate real-world scenarii in a diverse range of buildings for attendees to practice their skills, Rheem Middle East added.

According to Rheem Middle East, the ILCs also focus on educating attendees around sustainability and energy efficiency, two key challenges in the HVACR sector. In 2025, Rheem Manufacturing completed its goal of training 250,000 professionals more than three years early, delivering more than 800,000 sessions focusing on how and why to select sustainable products and best practice installation techniques, the company said. Due to “the programme’s success”, Rheem Manufacturing has made a new pledge to complete a further one million training sessions by 2035, the company added.

Mina Beshara, Service and Training Manager, Rheem Middle East, said: “One of Rheem Middle East’s core values is supporting the development of skills in the region through championing continuous professional development and promoting engineering excellence. Our ILCs are a critical part of our growth plan and are a way to further support the Middle Eastern industry and economy.

“Our state-of-the-art facilities, comprehensive curriculum and continued investment make our centers world-class and represent our ongoing commitment to fostering education and innovation across the sector. We’re hoping to continue to break more records in the future.”
