More than 150 companies to participate in Refrigera

Piacenza, Italy, 17 February 2019: Refrigera, an event dedicated to the supply chain of industrial, commercial and logistics refrigeration sectors, will take place from February 20 to 22, 2019, in Piacenza, Italy, the organisers said in a Press communiqué. More than 150 companies from all over the world will participate in Refrigera, the communiqué said.

Marco Buoni, President, AREA and ATF, will welcome participants to the workshop ‘Are you ready for alternative refrigerants?’, dedicated to the free blended learning programme, on  February 21, from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm, in the Leonardo Room, the communiqué said. Niccolò Costantini, Policy Officer, EU Commission DG Clima, will talk about standards and trade, the communiqué further said. There will also be presentations from Marino Bassi, Expert Trainer, CSG and RA4LIFE, and Silvia Romanò, Head of International Affairs, CSG, the communiqué added.

The communiqué said Refrigera will also host the conference ‘From F-Gas to alternative refrigerants: impact on new and existent plants’, as an introduction to the XVIII European Conference. The communiqué further said the event, organised by Centro Studi Galileo and Associazione Tecnici del Freddo, will feature a series of high-profile speakers from the refrigeration industry.
