LU-VE Group appoints General Manager

Riccardo Quattrini takes charge; will support the Group’s Chairman and CEO and the COO in the role

UBOLDO, Varese, Italy, 23 February 2023: LU-VE appointed Riccardo Quattrini as General Manager of the Group, as of April 1, 2023. The LU-VE Board of Directors confirmed the appointment during a meeting on February 23, upon the proposal of Dr Matteo Liberali, President and CEO and Michele Faggioli, COO, who consulted the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Quattrini, who in his role as General Manager, will support the Chairman and CEO, and the COO, is granted with powers of ordinary management, LU-VE said.

According to LU-VE, the proposal to introduce the General Manager into the Company’s governance structure follows the significant growth experienced by the LU-VE Group in these years, since its listing on the Stock Exchange. Liberali said: “The introduction of the new role has as objective to grant growth, continuity and good management, in line to the values which has always shown the way: Humility, passion, values and positive thinking. I am sure that Mr. Quattrini will give an extraordinary contribution and a further incentive to do always our best. I welcome him and wish him and to the whole group a good work and new further successes.”

Quattrini said: “I thank the Board of Directors and LU-VE Group for the trust and the esteem in me. I have begun to know and will more and more know the values and the results of this Group. I will work to achieve more results with the support of a strong, cohesive and determinate organisation. My look is at the future and at the new challenges which await us and at the new goals we have.”

According to LU-VE, Quattrini has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with a management focus, from the Marche Polytechnic University, and a master’s degree in business management from ISTUD in Stresa, Italy. He gained managerial experience operating for more than 25 years in Italian entrepreneurial companies, mainly active in the engineering industry with an international vocation. In these companies he held both technical and commercial/strategic roles.
