Board announces dividend of $0.37 per share for Q2 2025
CORK, Ireland, 11 June 2025: Johnson Controls International plc announced through a Press Release that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share of common stock. The company stated the dividend will be payable on 18 July 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 23 June 2025.
According to Johnson Controls, the company has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887.
