Empower introduces mobile chiller trailers to ensure uninterrupted District Cooling service

Dubai, UAE: To ensure 24/7 uninterrupted District Cooling service to the company’s customers, Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), has announced launching mobile chiller trailers. The project, the company said, is one of the many service continuity concepts that Empower has been implementing after successful tests.

“This innovative project is part of our relentless efforts to continuously enhance our customer service principles and standards,” said H.E. Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower. “Due to the unprecedented success of this pilot project, Empower made a plan to increase the number of the chiller trailers to be used in cases of network modification, network emergency repair work, temporary service during building finishing and fit-out work as well as temporary plant emergency shutdown.”
