Company says it is showcasing its “water heating innovations”

KARLINGERSTRASSE, Austria, 18 March 2025: ECOTHERM Austria said it is presenting its latest development in domestic water heating at ISH 2025, currently underway in Frankfurt. The company said it has unveiled its stainless steel high-capacity water heater with flat spiral heating coil, which it claimed can achieve energy savings of up to 20% in heat pump operation.

According to ECOTHERM, the new water heater is designed to enhance energy efficiency while maintaining high levels of hygiene. ECOTHERM said the system features a flat spiral heating coil positioned in the coldest area of the storage tank, which the company said ensures efficient heat transfer and optimal temperature layering. ECOTHERM added that this design contributes to water quality, hygiene and overall system safety.

The company also highlighted the heater’s potential to improve user comfort by ensuring a consistent supply of hot water. ECOTHERM said the optimised heat transfer enables reliable availability without compromising sustainability.
