Castel reports strengthening its position in fluid control

Company says it has acquired Be Fluidica, a business that specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of devices for the regulation, filtration and lubrication of gaseous and liquid fluids

MILAN, Italy, 5 June 2026: Castel announced the acquisition, effective June 3, 2026, of a business unit of Be Fluidica, an Italian company that specialises in the design, manufacture, testing and supply of devices for the regulation, filtration and lubrication of gaseous and liquid fluids.

Making the announcement through a June 5 Press Release, Castel said the transaction is fully aligned with its growth strategy and represents a further step in the Group’s expansion within the fluid control sector. Castel added that the expertise developed by Be Fluidica in specialised industrial applications and the development of customised solutions, complements Castel’s established know-how, further enhancing the Group’s ability to serve an increasing range of industrial applications.

Castel said that for customers, the acquisition will result in a broader and more specialised offering in fluid control and treatment, with enhanced capabilities to develop tailor-made solutions for highly complex applications and to effectively support innovation processes and the transition towards increasingly efficient and sustainable solutions.

Giacomo Salina, President, Castel, said: “This acquisition represents a natural step in Castel’s growth journey and confirms our commitment to strengthening the Group’s position in fluid control. The specialised expertise and customer-focused approach to customised solutions, developed by Be Fluidica, is a perfect fit with our industrial strategy. This transaction will enable us to further expand our offering and create new value opportunities for customers across a wide range of application sectors.”
