CAS and MrPex ink deal

MrPex will offer PC-based intelligent control system

MrPex will offer PC-based intelligent control system

MrPEX Systems has announced signing a strategic partnership deal with Climate Automation Systems (CAS) to offer their ENV control package under the name of IDC, (Integrated Dynamic Control). IDC is reportedly a PC-based intelligent control system, which delivers comfort and efficiency by coordinating HVAC, Indoor Air Quality and hydronic systems in one control. It allows remote access from anywhere in the world for monitoring, managing, and controlling via the web, using any web-enabled device, such as a PC, Smartphone, or iPad, the announcement explained. It added it is an important tool for building owners and managers to monitor and control energy consumption.

Throwing more light on the subject, Jan Andersson, General Manager, MrPEX Systems, said, “IDC is the optimal control system for incorporating radiant floor heating and cooling systems, with renewable energy sources such as solar, heat pumps, or others.”

Frank Bassett, Senior Vice President and Partner at CAS, added: “The ENV system brings intelligent climate control technologies, previously exclusive to large-scale commercial buildings, into the residential and mid-range commercial market. It balances all aspects of the home environment – from forced air to radiant systems – and incorporates real-time weather data, a statistical database and established rules that create a better home climate, while also reducing the impact on our Earth’s environment.”
