Carel announces new Managing Directors at SENVA and CFM

BRUGINE, Italy, 9 June 2025: Carel announced two new leadership appointments within its group companies, SENVA Inc. and CFM. The company stated through a Press Release that the changes took effect in May 2025.

According to Carel, Roberto Sandano has assumed the role of Managing Director of SENVA Inc. as of 1 May 2025. SENVA, headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, was acquired by Carel in 2022 and specialises in the design and manufacture of advanced sensors for HVAC applications, Carel said. The company noted that Sandano brings broad experience from within the Carel Group, having served in roles including Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer HVAC.

Carel added that as of 5 May 2025, Maurizio Pennetti has been named Managing Director of CFM, Carel Group’s Turkish subsidiary. The company said Pennetti has led major Italian companies in the mechanical and industrial sectors in Turkey and that his appointment is aligned with efforts to strengthen the local structure and consolidate the Group’s leadership in the region.

Carel stated that both appointments are part of its strategy to support international growth and to drive its subsidiaries towards achieving their strategic objectives.
