Bitzer launches video to aid operating its software

Sindelfingen, Stuttgart, Germany: In an official communiqué, manufacturer of refrigeration compressors, Bitzer, has announced that it has made available a brief video to help easily operate its Bitzer Electronics Service Tool (BEST). Users, the company explained, could now watch the video featuring an English-speaking narrator explaining the tool and its most important functions on how to use it on its website or Youtube.

Using the BEST software, Bitzer claimed, refrigeration and service engineers could gain a complete overview of the operating status, troubleshooting and maintenance of its products from their PCs. Citing an example, the company said that users could view the video to quickly and safely set device parameters, analyse errors or download and save data logs.

The software, the company revealed, supports varispeed reciprocating compressors, CSV compact screw compressors, the Ecostar condensing units – LHV5E and LHV7E – as well as the protection, monitoring and control devices, SE-i1 and CM-RC-01.
