Johnson Controls launches New OpenBlue Service

The company says the new offering will debut at the Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2023

MILWAUKEE, ­United States, 12 September 2023: Johnson Controls announced the launch of its new OpenBlue Service: Ensuring Security Device Performance offering. Making the announcement through a Press release, JCI said it is designed to help customers enhance building safety, manage risk, and maximise the value of investments made in security technology. The offering, the release said, combines the Johnson Controls OpenBlue suite of connected solutions and the ability to monitor and manage security devices across vendors with remote support services, meaningful insights from skilled engineers, and simplified, integrated zero-trust cybersecurity protection. The release said OpenBlue Service: Ensuring Security Device Performance will debut at Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2023.
