The Six Pillars to achieving growth
People, society, experience, place, economy and the government are the six pillars to progress, says Director, Health and Safety Department, Dubai Municipality
Dubai, UAE, 17 January 2019: The Dubai Plan was announced years ago and has six pillars, said Redha H. Salman, Director, Health & Safety Department, Dubai Municipality, while elaborating on UAE’s vision and commitment towards improving energy efficiency.
Today, he said, we must look at the subject through the lens of the six pillars, namely – the people, the society, experience, place, economy and the government. With reference to sustainability and energy efficiency, he said, the government has already zoomed in and has followed up. He added, “The aims and goals are in place and if you see the KPIs, we are reporting to the highest level in the government.”
