ASHE invites session abstracts for Annual Conference and Technical Exhibition

Chicago, Illinois, USA, 19 September 2018: ASHE (The American Society for Health Care Engineering of the American Hospital Association), said, via a Press communiqué, that it invites session abstracts for its Annual Conference and Technical Exhibition, to be held from July 14 to 17, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

According to ASHE, it is looking for ideas for technical, in-depth sessions that bring value to attendees. There should be concrete takeaways for all sessions (checklists, tools or other resources for attendees) the communiqué said. There should be panels that include hospital owner representatives, as well as multidisciplinary teams, the communiqué further said. There should be presentation of diverse opinions and sharing critical information, to help attendees stay ahead of health care changes, the communiqué added.

According to ASHE, proposals can be submitted by October 1, 2018. The communiqué said an automatic e-mail confirmation of the submission will be sent. The communiqué further said a team of volunteers and staff will review all complete submissions. The communiqué added that a notification on the status of every proposal will be sent by December 1, 2018.
