Dubai Science Park to host Green Leadership Series 2018

Dubai, UAE, 7 May 2018: Dubai Science Park will host the ninth edition of its Green Leadership Series on May 13, 2018, at the Address Hotel, Dubai Mall, the organisers announced in a Press communiqué.

The communiqué said the topic for the event is: ‘Charging the future: Disruptors and Enablers of Dubai’s Green Economy’ and it will take place from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm. The agenda will include a welcome address and introductory remarks by Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi, Executive Director of Dubai Science Park and Chairing Member of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment Taskforce of the Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030, the communiqué further said. This will be followed by a Keynote speech on ‘The road to 2020: Dubai’s evolving utility sector’, the communiqué added.

The communiqué said there will be two panel discussions at the event. The first will be on ‘What drives the future of Dubai’s green economy?’ and the second on ‘Water management: Disrupting technologies for increased efficiencies?’

The communiqué added there will also be a presentation on ‘Green economy: The future of the renewable energy sector in the UAE’.
