France: Hitachi has announced its latest RAC products for 2017, which includes its first R32 Summit range, the R410A Performance range and R410A S-Series range.

According to the company, the R32 Summit wall mount comprises four units ranging from 1.8kW to 5.0kW, and is an economical solution for the European market. The company highlighted that the units have been designed for easy installation and maintenance, and are known to operate at extremely low noise levels.

The R410A Performance range has been refreshed with three new models — 1.5kW, 1.8kW and 2.5kW and Hitachi’s ‘4-Way Swing’ function — which, the company explained, combines vertical and horizontal airflow to maintain a constant room temperature.

Speaking of its R410A S-Series range with infrared remote control, the company said that the range has high SEER rating of A+++ and SCOP of A++, guaranteeing high energy savings. Hitachi’s ‘Constant Power’ maintains heating capacity at temperatures as low as -15 degrees C, while an eco-sensor detects activity within the room to eliminate energy wastage.

Commenting on the the latest release, Warren Clark, Product Marketing Manager of Johnson Controls – Hitachi Air Conditioning Solutions, said, “Our new R32 Summit and updated Performance and S-Series RAC products are reflective of Hitachi’s quality engineering approach which places emphasis on achieving high customer satisfaction and low environmental impact.”

The company said that 2017 RAC product ranges will be available from April.
