Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: Eurovent has issued a communiqué stating that it is the official European Association Partner of the second edition of the HVACR Expo Saudi, which is scheduled to take place next year from January 15 to 17, at the Jeddah Centre for Forums & Events. Eurovent, the communiqué said, will organise a dedicated trade delegation to Saudi Arabia, and also host a seminar programme.

The expo, the communiqué said, is the place for all HVACR professionals in Saudi Arabia to source products, services and educational content. The communiqué revealed that more than 10 Eurovent members exhibited at the first edition, including, for instance: Baltimore Aircoil Company, Carrier, Coolex, ebm-papst, Friterm, Karyer, LG, NIBA, SKM, while many others visited the exhibition through Eurovent’s dedicated trade delegation.

At the Eurovent Summit, scheduled to take place from September 27 to 30, 2016, a call for papers will be launched for the Eurovent seminars in Jeddah, said the communiqué. Furthermore, it said, the delegation programme will be announced, which would include highlights, such as an excursion to the King Abdullah Economic City, an industry dinner in the desert with high-ranking Saudi Arabia representatives and an embassy reception.

The communiqué mentioned that all Eurovent members are going to receive a significant discount on the usual booth rate and profit from a reduced ticket fee for the delegation.

“As official European association partner, we were proud to support the first edition of the HVAC R Expo Saudi, and are even more proud to also support the second one,” said Morten Schmelzer, International Director at Eurovent. “The exhibition proved well organised and managed. For a first-time show, the attendance rate was very strong, with many high-profile visitors. From all our participating members and delegation participants, the feedback received was positive.”
