Imdaad unveils Integrated Network Operations Centre at FM EXPO 2016

Company organises live demonstration to highlight features of intelligent command and control centre

Imdaad at FM 2016Dubai, UAE: Imdaad, a provider of integrated facilities, environment and energy management solutions in the GCC, has announced launching its Integrated Network Operations Centre (INOC), an intelligent command and control centre that is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) concept, during its participation at the FM EXPO 2016. Developed jointly with Robotina, a Slovenia-based comprehensive automation solutions provider, the company said that it also held a live demonstration of the centre to showcase remote management and monitoring of its customers’ sites and facilities.

INOC, the company explained, intelligently analyses the performance trends of interconnected assets and correlates with the behaviour of the building’s ecosystem to come up with a set of recommendations and corrective actions, which the system admin can apply automatically or selectively. Revealing some of the features, the company said that the centre includes a cognitive computing platform, predictive maintenance capability, seamless machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, automatic corrective measures, real-time monitoring and tracking of assets and energy management.

Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO of Imdaad, said: “Imdaad unveiled one of its most ambitious projects – INOC – at the FM EXPO 2016, reinforcing its support for green and sustainable development. Through this cutting-edge technology we will remotely manage all client facilities, thereby conserving energy, reducing carbon footprints, and bringing down operational cost to offer better value.” He added that the primary target sector of the company remains commercial office buildings and industrial facilities.

FM EXPO 2016 is a facilities management event, taking place from May 23 to 25, 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
