Aldar Properties launches residential development ‘Yas Acres’

The golf and waterfront development, located on the northern shores of Yas Island, to add 1,315 villas.

Abu Dhabi, UAE: Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, Aldar Properties has announced launching Yas Acres – a residential development valued at AED six billion, which will add 1,315 villas on the northern shores of Yas Island, and will be home to 15,000 residents, upon completion.

The golf and waterfront development, the announcement said, is inspired by the concept of Yas Island Living and, includes landscaped parks, a club house, mosques, yacht club, marina, sports facilities, a retail centre, schools and a full-service ADNOC petrol station. The property, the announcement added, is available for purchase by all nationalities.

Prices for three-bedroom town houses, Aldar informed, will start at AED 2.9 million. “Royal Oak”, Aldar added, which comprises four-, five- and six-bedroom luxury villas with golf, park and sea views, are one of the largest in the development, and will sit on the northern shores of the island.

Commenting on the launch of Yas Acres, Abubaker Seddiq Al Khoori, Chairman, Aldar Properties, said: “Abu Dhabi’s economic fundamentals remain solid, built upon a long-term vision for economic diversification.
