The Hudson Institute conducts policy seminar on the Kigali Amendment

Think-tank discusses ‘Environmental Policy in the 21st Century’

Washington D.C., 6 February 2018: The Hudson Institute, a public policy think-tank in Washington D.C., held a policy seminar on the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, entitled ‘Environmental Policy in the 21st Century: The Future of the Kigali Amendment’ on February 5, 2018.

The half-day event featured a keynote address by Steve Forbes, Editor-in-Chief, Forbes, and a panel that included representatives from the White House, Environment and Climate Change Canada, Harvard’s Center for Risk Analysis, and energy efficiency advocates. Steve Yurek, President and CEO, Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) and Paul Camuti, Chief Technology Officer, Ingersoll Rand, spoke on the panel representing the HVACR industry. The event was broadcast live and can be viewed  on the Hudson Institute website.
