FM’s company hosts third edition of its Work Series, which takes an in-depth look at how data, innovation, and safety risks shape industry’s future
DUBAI, UAE, 19 September 2019: “New technological innovations and the evolving needs of consumers are increasingly disrupting the FM sector in the GCC region and in the UAE, in particular, and therefore, it has become imperative for industry leaders and regulators to come together and discuss the latest developments in the business, said Jamal Abdulla Lootah, CEO, Imdaad. Lootah was speaking during Day 1 of the third edition of the ‘Imdaad Work Series’, part of the FM Expo, from September 17 to 19 in Dubai, the FM company said through a Press release.
The sessions of the Work Series, lasting three days, are exploring new trends, opportunities, and challenges in the FM sector in the GCC region and taking an in-depth look at how data, innovation, and safety risks are poised to shape the industry in the coming years, the release said.
The regional FM industry, the release said, is seeing a sustained expansion. As a testimony to the trend, the release said, Imdaad recorded a revenue growth of 12% in 2018, as compared to 2017. In addition, the release said, the company’s efforts in continuously improving operational performance have resulted in a high customer satisfaction of 94%, a contract renewal rate of 86% and an average client KPI achievement of above 95%, in 2018.
