S.K.M. Air Conditioning wins Azizi HVAC deal for Park Avenue project

DUBAI, UAE, 19 August 2022: S.K.M. Air Conditioning has signed an agreement with private UAE-based real estate developer, Azizi Developments for the supply and installation of fan-coil units, DX units and fresh-air-handling units across three buildings in Park Avenue, located in Dubai’s MBR City.

According to Azizi, Park Avenue comprises 372 residential and 29 retail units, with each of the three buildings having its own fully equipped gym and swimming pool. Work is progressing swiftly, with the structure of Park Avenue I now 84% complete. Park Avenue II’s and III’s structures have reached 96% and 97%, respectively.
