Association says the membership was approved during the Board of Directors meeting that took place on September 19
BRUSSELS, Belgium, 14 November 2023: Eurovent announced that the Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE) has formally joined the Association as an associate member. Making the announcement through a Press release, Eurovent said, the membership was approved during the Board of Directors meeting that took place on September 19.
Eurovent said RISE is a Swedish state-owned research institute that offers expertise and around 100 test and demonstration environments for future-proof technologies, products and services. RISE’s activities, Eurovent added, include testing, calibrations and chemical analyses, research and development, control, assessments and normalisation, and it functions as a national metrology institute. Eurovent also said that RISE is well known globally for performing tests for different certification and quality label schemes and certifying products.
Monica Axell, Head of Research and Business Development, RISE, said: “We look forward to joining Eurovent and for the opportunity to work for greener and smarter buildings with the industry, as our research and close collaboration with the industry combined with our test facilities can strengthen the HVAC industry’s competitiveness and sustainable development in Europe.
