National Holding welcomes new CEO

Dr Kamel Abdallah brings on board industry-specific experience National Holding, the Abu Dhabi-based investment group, has announced the appointment of Dr Kamel Abdallah as Chief Executive Officer of its industrial arm, Exeed Industries. He reportedly brings more than two decades of top-tier regional and global experience to the organisation, with his broad vision derived from his industry-specific expertise. Dr Kamel Abdallah has a PhD in Strategic Management from the Ohio State University, as well as a Master’s degrees in International Trade and Finance from the American University in Washington DC and the Ohio State University, the announcement added. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. According to National Holding, prior to joining Exeed Industries, Dr Abdullah had worked for Rani Investment for over five years as its CEO and as Executive Vice Chairman of Aujan Industries, claimed to be the largest privately owned beverage and confectionary company in the GCC.
