CORK, Ireland, 7 June 2023: The board of directors of Johnson Controls International (JCI) approved a quarterly dividend of USD 0.37 per share of common stock, payable on July 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 20, 2023. Making the announcement through a Press release, JCI said this represents a USD 0.01 increase over the previous quarterly dividend. The company added that it has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887.
