Event aimed at building a sustainable and secure water future will be livestreamed
International Desalination Association (IDA) has announced being invited to participate in the White House Water Summit on March 22.
The Water Summit, said IDA, coincides with World Water Day, and will feature panel discussions and invited speakers from the public and private sectors, to raise awareness of priority water issues in the United States, and to catalyse ideas and actions to help build a sustainable and secure water future.
Calling the invitation to participate in the event a great honour, IDA claimed that it reflected on the association’s commitment to promoting sustainable water practices.
IDA informed that The White House Water Summit will be livestreamed, starting at 9.30 am EDT at https://www.whitehouse.gov/live/white-house-water-summit, and that those interested could keep up with current postings by using #WHWaterSummit.
