The two entities will operate under the name, FläktGroup
Herna, Germany: Fläkt Woods, which provides air technologies solutions for HVAC systems, and DencoHappel, which purveys air treatment, air conditioning, filter technology and cooling process air solutions, have merged to operate under the name, FläktGroup. Speaking on the occasion, a company source said the merger will create a new European market leader for energy-efficient air technology solutions.
The company revealed that in 2015, the combined company generated revenues of approximately EUR 700 million (pro forma), and has approximately 3,800 employees.
