Deyaar launches its facilities management division as a stand-alone company

The new company will provide integrated facility management services for real estate, commercial and retail developments in the United Arab Emirates.

Dubai, UAE: Deyaar Development has announced that its facilities management division has progressed to become a separate company. Deyaar Facilities Management, the announcement said, will have a new strategic vision and management, and continues to be owned by Deyaar, complementing Deyaar’s Property Development, Property Management and Owners Association divisions.

The new company, the announcement revealed, will provide integrated facility management services for real estate, commercial and retail developments in the United Arab Emirates. It will offer ‘smart’ facilities management solutions that are cost-effective, sustainable and aligned to international best practices in health, safety and environment, added the announcement.

Deyaar informed that Mohammed AbdulKarim Khamis has been appointed as the General Manager of Deyaar Facilities Management. The new company, it added, has recently moved into new premises in Business Bay.

Commenting on the announcement, Saeed Al Qatami, Chief Executive Officer of Deyaar, said: “This is a significant milestone we have achieved due to the continued growth and increasing demand for our facilities management services. This ongoing success is attributable to our consistent commitment to delivering excellent customer service and targeted, ‘smart’ facilities management solutions. The transition of Deyaar Facilities Management to a stand-alone company means we can increase our focus on developing our portfolio of services and exceeding our customers’ expectations.”
