The proposal can be submitted until August 12, 2016.
Abu Dhabi, UAE: Eurovent has called for presenters for the upcoming Climate Abu Dhabi 2016 exhibition, to be held from October 3 to 5, 2016, at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Interested organisations, the communiqué said, can submit proposals for seminar presentations or panel discussions for the exhibition’s ‘Climate Technology 2030’ Forum until August 12, 2016. The Forum, the communiqué added, has been organised in cooperation with Eurovent, and will take place in a seminar theatre in the centre of the exhibition hall.
The communiqué highlighted that the Forum is a hands-on, forward-looking seminar programme that brings additional value to manufacturers, building consultants, contractors, designers, planners, energy managers, public policy makers, and everyone else interested in the latest and upcoming developments concerning Indoor Climate (HVAC), process cooling, and food cold chain technologies. It incorporates the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 of ‘Creating a sustainable Emirate that protects resources for current and future generations’, added the communiqué.
Interested organisations, the communiqué said, can apply for different forum and seminar slots, which recur daily, and slots will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Eurovent informed that the issues are grouped around the Forum’s core themes – Indoor Climate (4 slots available), Process Cooling and Refrigeration (2 slots), Food Cold Chain (1 slot), and Industrial Ventilation (1 slot). All proposals, Eurovent added, have to fulfil specific quality criteria as outlined on the ‘call for presenters’ online portal.
Within five days after their submission, Eurovent said that presenters or panel organisers fulfilling the quality criteria will receive a confirmation.
