New CFO for Aldar Properties

Greg Fewer brings along 16 years of financing, risk management and investing experience

Greg Fewer has taken over as Chief Financial Officer of Aldar Properties from November 1 after Aldar’s Board of Directors approved his appointment. Fewer joins Aldar from Mubadala, where he served as Deputy Head of the Structured Finance & Capital Markets Unit. At Mubadala, Fewer had joint responsibility for managing its overall debt-raising activities, including extensive bank and debt capital market financing programs and the associated management of its global banking relationships. Additionally, Fewer was responsible for managing Mubadala’s investment in Mubadala GE Capital, where he supported a $3bln investment programe and oversaw the establishment of comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.

Fewer brings to Aldar 16 years of financing, risk management and investing experience from his time at Mubadala, Barclays Capital and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. He holds a BComm (Hons) from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from London Business School.
