Carel, the Italy-based company that designs, manufactures and markets energy-saving control solutions for the air conditioning and refrigeration sectors, is now 40 years old. Announcing this, the company said that reaching this milestone was marked by celebration with staff from the headquarters in Brugine, at the “Dominio di Bagnoli”, Padua province in Italy, with over 500 people attending the event, as also the company’s three founding partners, who still hold company positions: Luigi Rossi Luciani, Carel Group President, Luigi Nalini, Group CEO, and Giancarlo Galvani, Member of the Board.
According to Carel, Rossi Luciani, addressing the gathering stressed how the celebrations concerned the entire Group, including the other half of the company operating abroad at its manufacturing sites and sales offices all over the world, and added that the company owed its success in the field of electronic control solutions for air conditioning and refrigeration, not only to the contribution of the headquarters, but also to the work of its foreign subsidiaries, which account for almost 88% of Carel, as the Group sales figures reportedly continue to grow.
