BSRIA opens calibration facility in northern France

New facility suited for the testing products used in the manufacturing, construction, aerospace and engineering sectors of industry, says the association

Berkshire, United Kingdom: BSRIA has announced opening a calibration facility in Lille, northern France. The BSRIA SARL laboratory and offices, the announcement said, were opened in September to provide facilities for the testing of fan (blower doors), temperature and pressure instruments.

The new laboratory, the announcement revealed, is designed specifically to support growing markets across Europe for the calibration of instrumentation used for the airtightness testing of buildings, but it is equally suited for the testing products used in the manufacturing, construction, aerospace and engineering sectors of industry.

BSRIA said that is committed to providing the highest level of service to its clients and recognises the unique nature of each market, to ensure client expectations are met. The opening of the new office added will allow it to further improve their offering and service levels, added the association.

Julia Evans, Chief Executive of BSRIA, said: “BSRIA is very excited about this office opening which represents exciting new business and industry opportunities in France and, indeed, Europe. BSRIA’s geographical, global profile has grown in the last year and this new French operation will help to cement this.”
