DUBAI, UAE, 8 November 2021: Ariston said its water heaters are now available across leading hypermarkets and electronic stores in the UAE following the appointment of Eros Group as the exclusive distributor of the product range in the Modern trade.

Making the announcement through a Press release, Ariston said the initiative is unique, since water heaters, as a product category, have not been present in this channel in the market, and Ariston is the first brand to take a step forward. A select range of premium Ariston water heaters has been earmarked for distribution through hypermarkets like Lulu and Carrefour, Eros Digital Home outlets, electronics shops like Sharaf DG and specialised hardware shops like ACE, the company said.

“As the market leader with a legacy of excellence, we strive to lead in all spheres,” said Alberto Torner, Head of Ariston Group in the Middle East, Turkey and the Caucasus. “This initiative is the latest example of setting the trend in the marketplace. By entering this new distribution channel, we will bring our products closer to end-users. We are happy to collaborate with Eros, one of UAE’s oldest and most established brands. Our market knowledge and expertise combined with their experience in this channel will assure us the highest levels of success.”

Mohammad Badri, Director, Eros Group, said: “Eros Group is pleased to add Ariston water heaters to its portfolio. We look forward to taking our relationship ahead for the mutual benefit of Ariston Group, Eros Group and, most importantly, the end-user. We hope that our end users will have better access and will benefit from proximity to the point of purchase. We are happy to be associated with a powerful brand that is best-in-market and recognized all over the world.”
