ARACO wins deal to develop residential tower

Project worth AED 160 million, says company official

Dubai, September 14: Dubai-based engineering consultant, Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO) has bagged a contract for all architectural, MEP works, structural design and construction supervision of a residential tower in the Majan master development in Dubai, the company said through a Press communiqué.

Speaking on the development, Rahim Banizaman Lari, General Manager at ARACO, said: “This residential project, worth AED 160 million, is designed to meet the needs of Dubai’s growing residents, who demand stylish homes with world-class facilities and excellent transport links to other parts of the emirate and UAE.”

Sharing details on the project, Lari added that the deal was signed in July 2017, and will comprise two basement levels and 31 stories of one and two-bedroom apartments. The ground floor will feature retail units and community amenities, and the first floor will feature a private terrace garden.

“The 278 units in this tower will feature high-quality interior fit-out and finishes, basement parking, retail stores and fitness facilities including a community pool, shaded family and kids playground, roof garden and a tennis court,” he said.
