ALEC said that with the ambitions of having projects in Saudi Arabia drive a significant portion of its total business, the company also intends to foster local talent, which is essential to the sustainability of its business and the overall construction sector. The company added that it has already implemented cadet programmess for early-stage recruitment and training of professionals in Saudi Arabia, and is in dialogue with local educational institutions to bolster this initiative.
