The building – Cayan Tower – is an architectural marvel with a twist of a full 90 degrees. Designed by SOM – the same prolific architect group that designed Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world – Cayan Tower is prominent in its own right for being the tallest building in the world with a 90-degree twist.

Through robustly supporting Cayan Tower with our big capabilities as Team Techem, we are, indeed, aiming high – pardon the pun! We not only provide the general services of Reading, Billing, Maintenance and Cash Collection but also offer an SPOC (single point of contact) solution hub. With most of the year in Dubai characterised by high temperatures, our solutions are tailormade to take the ‘heat off’ building owners and managers by helping them to easily manage cooling for their tenants from A to Z.

Kingfield Owner Association Management Services, which availed of Techem Financial Service to fund the sub-metering installation and services, was able to eliminate the client’s need for immediate cash outlay!
